Death Investigation

On January 24, at approximately 1:20 p.m., the United States Park Police responded to the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historic Park in the area of Wide Water for a reported dead body. The body of a white male was discovered near the Billy Goat trail by passersby. The deceased has been identified as 48 year old Maxwell Kleiman of Washington D.C.

Height: 5’05”, Weight: 150lbs

HARPER was in Washington, D.C., from Grand Rapids, Michigan, attending the Inaugural celebrations. She was last seen near 4th Street and Virginia Avenue, SW Washington, DC, on Tuesday January 20th 2009 at 5pm. She was last seen wearing at black & brown spotted jacket (leopard print), a black & brown spotted hat (leopard print), a pink shirt and black pants.

DOB: 8/11/87 Black Male Hgt:5’6/Weight: 140 lbs. Slim Build

Last seen wearing: Black hat with white logo, a black bomber style jacket, blue jeans, black or white sweatshirt and black sneakers.
Last seen in the area of New Jersey and 3rd Street NW Washington, DC.
