DOB: 7/15/74 Black Male Hgt:6’00/Weight: 180 lbs. Slim Build
Scar across head from ear to ear.
Last seen wearing: Red and Tweed hat, a black ¾ length jacket, light grey khaki or corduroy pants and brown boots. Last seen on the Washington Monument Grounds on Jan. 20th, 2009 at approximately 1:00pm.
